We are just under 4 miles or approximately 5 minutes drive from Portree (the largest town on the Isle of Skye). By Car-Directions: take the A87 north leaving Portree signed for Uig for approximately 3 miles; at the first main junction take a left turn onto the A850 signed to Dunvegan and follow this road for 0.5 miles; take the first turning left (signposted Macdiamid Primary School) onto a minor single track road, go over the cattle grid and we are the next house on the right. For time tables see www.citylink.co.uk and www.rapsons.co.uk. Trains will take you as far as Kyle of Lochalsh and then the bus provides a decent link up from here www.firstgroup.com
